Panda is a antivirus program like AVG and others but now has added spyware detection and I guess removal. If you already have antivirus on your computer you might have to remove it if you want to use this one. The free version doesn't seem to do as much for spyware as say, AdAware or SpyBot S&D.
do remember that Beta software is not the finalized software and there could still be bugs/ operational conflicts with it. but then again that is not to far off from some full blown released software either.
personally i think all of that is crap. "Bazooka" spyware scanner is by far the best in my oppinnion. There are many that would disagree with me cause what it does is scan the computer, and tell you what kind of spyware/adware is on it and tells you how to get rid of it. Ive had all kinds of other spyware scanners that when they scan say there deleting all kinds of things, then when it was done i would run bazooka and see that the spyware/adware is still on the comp.
I still say Microsoft's is the best. But Ad-Aware would find things Microsoft didn't and visa-versa. I would also recommend switching to Mozilla Firefox instead of using Internet Explorer. It's a lot safer.

i agree with mozilla. i use it and it is awesome. its faster, less pop-ups and best of all its free
I've been using AdAware SE and SpyBot S&D. Last night I downloaded Spyware Doctor just to see if it was any good. I ran AdAware and then SpyBot and they came up with just a few adware cookies. I then ran Spyware Doctor and it found 199 idems of spyware on my system. Some were in the registry, some files and the rest were cookies. Unfortunately it ain't free, but the nicer the nice, the higher the price.

It is awesome, I have never had a single pop-up since using Mozilla. I also have Panicware's Pop-Up Stopper installed and with IE I still got a few pop-ups but with Mozilla.. none.
