motor mount towers
hello ,i am new... most you probably already discuss about swap 460 engine into 400.... i wouldn't find any.
that truck is 76/77 F-150 4x4 original has 400 engine is gone.. i want put in my 460/c6 along with t/c into it.. but i was wondering about motor mount will have problem? and what about mount housing tower?? is there any avaiable in part store that i can find? is there anything else will i face other problem that i should know about.. hmm what about oil pan? what year that will fit bay into that truck? my onginal oil pan is damaged from other 460. any info about header also ??? i thank you for helping ... i apperciate it.

First off, let me say welcome aboard!
Secondly, take a look here and keep reading up https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=354361 . You can also look for titles that are 351m/400 to 460 as the 351m/400 use the same engine block and accessories.

i did read tread you gave me. so mount housing may has to come from some donor truck... it would be hard to find that ... any chance i can get from part store or special order?? ok how about oil pan? where can i find it??
