Anyone have one of these yet? Did I get the name right? My buddy just got one but I havn't got to talk to him much about it. He said it works off the applied pedal pressure, the more you pedal the more it brakes. I run the prodigy now but I like the idea of it sensing your pedal, not the movement. It has an LED display with the date and time and I guess it can tell you stuff. The part I liked is he said you can buy a deal for it that lets you run your pyro, boost and whatever else right to the controller and you don't need gauges........
I have one , I installed it about 2 weeks ago, I haven't pulled my 5ver much as of yet but the little I have it works great. Its the first time sense I had to quite using the old hydraulic units that I fell that I have complete control of the trailer. I for one will never go back to the other style.
From what I have read it is the best out there. It not only works with electric brakes but it the only one that works with electic/hydraulic brakes.
It connect to the master cylinder so as pressure is applied to the brakes the same amount is applies to the trailer brakes.
I personlly have the prodigy and purchased it soley on price and it a good controller. The BrakeSmart is kind of pricy. As for the Pyro and Boost I do not think is has been released and I been here about the option for about a year.
