gas engine vs. diesel weight

alright, ive searched everywhere. ive searched this site, ive searched fords site, ive searched edmunds and cars.com, you name it i cant find it. Heck, ford doesnt even list the curb weights of their trucks anymore.

Does anyone know the weight difference between the 6.0L TD and say a 5.4L Gas engine?

Diesel will weigh about 500 to 600 lbs more than a 5.4L or 6.8L.

my 04 weighs in at 7450 with nothing in it. On certified scales. If this helps

I found a site that showed the weights of the 6.0 and V10 . The 6.0 was just over a 1000 pounds and the V10 was 600 pounds according to this site which I can't find now.
The 5.4 was not listed but it should only be about 25% lighter than a V10 max and that would put it around 450. Wrenchtraveller
