Stereo ? Aux imput
does the am/fm with cd that comes standard in f250's (05) have RCA jacks to access the auxillary imput or do I need a special ford plug?
Has any bodyelse used this to connect an ipod(?), what worked well for you?

I have 05 6 CD changer. I have done a bit of research on my unit and what I remember about yours is:
No RCA jacks.
You need some kind of harness adapter. Search this site for I-pod.
You need to rip the instrument cluster out to get the radio out. Search the section about audio. There is a reference to a web-page with pictures. IN 2004 and before it was a few minute job with a $5.00 tool
I live in an area with lots of FM stations, and fm transmitters are medicore at best.

Did you find an adaptor for the '05 6-disc in-dash changer? I have been looking and only found one manf that is making it and they 'are having problems' so it has not been released yet.

Check out this web site, I think you have a 20 pin connector, might want to call to be sure.

THis is with RCA. They have other hooks up to the changer. Note even sure I have a changer input in back?
