Shift kit?

Shift kit?
After paying nearly $1800 to get my tranny rebuilt last fall, I've been pondering putting a shift kit in. Are these even available for the 5R/44E (pretty sure thats what I have)? For my 96 Supercab 4x4 w/auto od. If so, are they any good? Is it worth doing? If you know of the brand please post it so I can look into it further. Thanks

TransGo makes a shift kit for the 4R44E/5R55E, I know a few of the guys around here have had it installed and like the way it firms up shifts, etc. You can find it in their Application Guide: http://www.txchange.com/sk.htm
