I bought this truck new back in 1986 and after the shock of seeing the prices of today I decided to refurbish this truck rather than spend the money in this economy to upgrade. By the way... the version I have cost $8800 in 1986(basic... 300CID, 3 Spd w/ overdrive & gauge package). The truck only has 102,000 miles and I am in the process of redoing just about everything... exterior(paint, bed liner, bed cover... will be finished in about 2 weeks), engine compartment(new carb, new AC, waterpump, belts, radiator.. all done) and interior(new door panels, bucket seats, dash & headliner.. all ordered). The only hitch I am finding so far is finding vinyl paint to redo some of the interior components such as the vinyl in the rear of the compartment & by the foot levels that has deteriorated. If I have gone this far I would like everything to match.
Does anyone know where I can find factory color vinyl spray paints for Ford trucks?

I would like to find a 1980-1986 stepside bed. No wood is no problem, just want a nice solid frame with little or no rust. I can handle the wood replacement. I will travel from central texas to get it.
