ford adds navigation?

Does anyone know if ford dealers add navigation to their X's? if so how much do they run?

Please excuse me for sound like a wise-guy, but wouldn't it be easier to use the other electronic communication device, and simply telephone a local Ford dealer? At least you'd be getting your info straight from the horse's mouth. Besides, some dealers may not offer such a service even if others do.
