brake trouble

i have a 92 f350 brakes have been re placed the fronts dont seem to be holding very much and the rears seem to be locking up....the brake light and the rabs light are both on,the pedal goes almost to the floor!!!any ideas?

Did you just do pads and shoes or rotor and drum cut too? I assume you have disk and drum. Do you have any leaks? Are the rear adjusted right? Is the master cylinder good? How about the distribution box?

check out the" bad brakes " forum I had simular problems with a 92 at work. this might give you some ideas

yes its disk front drums rear i dont know what all they did to it i haent had the truck very long but i know the just had brake work done on it and thats about it
