Are you in college? I can't even begin to tell you how many free t-shirts I have because of signing up my friends for clubs and information and on and on...we did it to eachother. I'm in the Asian Society of America apparently (I'm Italian), I'm a swim coach, and I teach sewing classes in NJ to little old women. I still get these phone calls.

Have you filled out any type of , warranty, questionaire or coupon type offer. I started to fill out a coupon offer and cancelled half way through process and I still get 200 or so emails a day because of it on my yahoo account. To this day I can not figure out why because I backed out the data, somehow it still went through. I knew it was a scam as soon as I filled in my email address....

Um, I think you might do well to check your credit reports, and credit cards, bank accounts and any other sensitive personal type stuff. See if ‘you’ have applied for new credit cards, or opened up charge accounts in places you’ve never been.

It may just be identity theft.

Or it may be a joke too, but the Dallas thing is a little to far out for a joke.

Yeah....I'd actually do a credit check to be sure too. In NJ you get your first one for free.

Your idenitity has been stolen? Maybe? Check your accounts, close your yahoo account. It's probably all just spam or someone or company "phishing" for more info on you like Social security numbers etc.

Do not reply to any of them, do not unsubscribe them. Close the email account and start another one and watch your credit cards cancel them if you don't feel safe.

I suggest you go with msn.I had to switch to a msn account because of spam and other unpleasent e-mails.also I found out the hard way that yahoo IM can really mess up your computer, and freezes un-wanted,**** on your screen.Hints why I have a new computer now.

Simple use the bulk mail function on yur yahoo account I had this happen it not only deletes the message but reports it as spam and will not allow that stuff to get to your mailbox. Most likely its spam alot of them put things in there like that to get your attention the make them seem like theyre offical but they arent, just designed to get your info so they can send you more stuff. Chances are if you did any online shopping they reported your info to a third party for marketing and so on. To be on the safe side make sure none of the stuff is on your report and if it is be ready to fight it.
