Whoever can answer may as well do 2 at once. My '94 F-150 air bag light is flashing a code 51. Thanks in advance.

95 manual says code 44 is RH front air bag sensor and bracket not mounted to vehicle properly. Sheetmetal attachment is ground for case of RH air bag sensor - sensor is located on/under radiator support by headlight. Suggest visual inspection. If you want to disconnect any electrical connectors or sensors, be sure to disconnect positive battery cable and leave disconnected for at least one minute to several minutes to bleed stored electricity in system.

Code 51 lists Air bag monitor thermal fuse - fuse blown due to intermittent short to ground. Fuse is not seviceable according to factory manual - also do not replace air bag diagnostic monitor until ground is located and repaired - then the monitor will have to be replaced. Do not have experience with this, just reading book. Good luck.

Does anyone know exactly where this crash sensor is. I have ans air bag code of 44 and I read that it indicates that crash sensor is not connected properly. I looked but I have not found it
