From what I've been reading, most of you agree pre turbo installation of pyro is best if I'm not mistaken. What install method is best/how did you install yours? Thank you very much.

I would also recommend sacrifice a telescope magnet. Put a 90 degree bend in it and retrieve the rest of the metel shaving. After vaccuming the hole out, if your not going to remove the manifold.
Pulling the manifold isnt that bad. I tried it with out pullig and went crooked with the tap. I had to pull the manifold retap my first hole and plug it and do anothe hole on the flat part of the manifold. Very easy to do in a vice. Many others have done it on the truck with no problems, I wasnt that lucky.
I did it very slowly with a combo of a shop vac and brake grease(when taping). It was very easy to get to on the pax side manifold, you don't even have to jack the truck up.
I removed my exhaust manifold to do the drill and tap off the truck. Wasn't that hard but if I were to do another one I'd probably do it on the truck.
Another thing that some folks have done is to do the drill and tap with the truck running. This way there's a positive pressure on the inside of the manifold that is supposed to blow any chips back out as you're drilling/tapping.
