How do you like your Retrax cover? I've been thinking about getting one since Jan. but will probably bite the bullet soon. Right now my '05 F350 is at the dealers for the transmission recall-been there since Apr. 25th. After (3) attempts at installing the new reverse gear parts they had to order a new transmission. The trans. should be in tomorrow and hopefully get it back before the w/e.
The recent advice on the transmisson forum about "knowing" your transmission tech sounds like an excellent way to get reassurance.
I had an extang on my truck. It rolled up and the cross bars came out (if that's retractable enough?). I really liked it and it would still be on my truck if I didn't buy a topper. The best prices I found were at http://www.truckxpressions.com/acces...kbedcovers.htm.
I picked up the RollBak and it is a good design with drainage tubes. Rained the first three days I had it and the bed remained dry. Easy to install and they say you can put up to 350# on it. Spring loaded for easy opening and stops every 12" or so. It's better than I expected after I had a hard to lift type cover on my old F150.

I have had a Retrax for almost 4 years. It works and looks as good today as the day I installed it on my 01 PSD. Took it off and put it on my 04.
