Update on missing spare tire key...
Well I took my F150 back to the dealer Saturday and they installed the new lock and key set. They gave me the new key in it's own pouch and the number of the key along with the name of the company I can contact if I need another key in the future. They didn't charge me a penny so I'm pretty happy with the whole deal. So all is good for now. Thanks everybody for all the good advice.
