Instrument illumination?

I tapped into the wire that goes to the light for the headlight/wiper switch illumination. Your 93 will be different though. There is another dash light wire that goes to the heater control panel and the ash tray light.

i was under the assumption most guys wired up the gauges to dim along with the instrument cluster - especially on the pillar pods... maybe i'm mistaken. but it's what i was planning to do eventually.

if the pic isn't clear enough, maybe my neighbor up north can clean it up.
looks to me like at the switch, it's white/light blue, but at the heater control cluster, its light blue/red.
