Is it for sure a C6?
I just bought off of EBAy a C6 Ford automatic tranny from a '79 F150. It is Ebay number 7924389817. I don't know enough about C6s and C4s to identify the difference between the 2 - I just know that C6s are much stronger. Can anyone tell me what to look for to know what I have or be able to tell me what I have from the picture on the Ebay site. Thanks

Thanks guys. Now I know for sure that I have a C6. I bought it as a spare for my '79 F100 with 302 and C4 from a car. By the way, is it true that C4s from cars are not quite as strong as C4s that Ford put in the pickups?
