Well that video doesnt show that cats are stupid just amusing cuz
ive seen many a dog do crazy things also. Anyhow no matter what
you have treat it kindly and youll get years of enjoyment.
I have always been around cats and love them, my parents have 2 and they are great. My dog likes cats, he wants to play with them but doesnt understand they cant play like he does. I have not seen a cat yet that liked my dog though, they run and hide, the poor guy gets a bad rap because he just looks kinda scary, but I really cant blame them what would you do if something 10 times bigger than you walked up with a mouth big enough you could hide in and it was full of long teeth.
I have to say I have both cats and dogs, the problem is you can train a cat to use a liter box much easier then train a dog to go out side when he needs to. I have always been an animal person and always be one. I hate/dislike people who are mean to cats/dogs just because they dont like them. You can not like something, but no reason to be mean to it.

Cat are great,so are dogs.I love both the same.Though I will admit I rather just have to worrie about a cat geting into things then a dog.And a cat..with the annoying meow I dont always give into so I still feel a bit incharge. lol
I never really like cats, but then we found out my neighbors were keeping theirs in a plastic shed. Well, we offered to take the cat and found out that they are moving away. I absolutely love this cat. It is the coolest thing, I love listening to it purr while I hold it, and love to watch it play. I actually just had to kick it off the counters. Anyone have tips on taking care of cats? I got the basics, but has anyone toilet trained a cat and do I have to clip its nails? I'm a dog person thats coming around.
My husband used to like cats and then disliked them after one badly scratched him while trapped in his MG B he had. Up at the mine, his mother and father had them because they kept the mice population down and he tolerated them.
He has since softened alittle after a friend's old spayed "crabby" cat decided it like my husband a few years ago. The cat is still around and now 24 years old. She is not really affectinate in the usual way....will only let you stroke her head. Not too keen about anywhere else.
I have 1 dog (blue heeler/border collie X) and 2.5 cats 1 male and one female with a kitten. I really dislike the dog mainly because he never stays home and always winds up being tied up. I think he may have been shot with a pellet gun today, either that or in a fight. As for the cats, they don't spray the male is neutred thus the reason for no spraying, the momma was one we found 2 years ago, would have been dead in another week if we had not taken her in. I love these cats, they don't claw the anything other than the cat scratcher or occasionaly the carpet (they know what happens if they do) The one sheds but no puke anywhere either. You train a cat to be in the house when its young and treat it nice and it is just fine. I can actually fight with mine and they love it, they won't actually hurt me but they do claw a bit. BTW. If you have a younger cat, get a cheap laser pointer, hours of fun for a low price.
