Honestly, i think people can drive which ever way they want. You got a problem with it, deal with it. Accidents happens, you can't control morons, you can only hope you don't run into them. But life isn't a school. Let the freekin public do what they want, drive crazy then suffer the consequences, that's one less idiot on the road. I drive defensively. Sometimes I punch it to get the hell away from those big rigs, i got a '68 Cougar 302 with a midrange cam, let me tell you sometimes you need the extra umph to get the hell out of the way. Just my two pennies.

peace out.

If I was, for some reason, boxed in and would have no other choice but to push his car... it would depend on him, if he looked like a rabid doberman, or if he's a 90 # pimp or drug dealer with 5G's worth of bling on him then he's probably got a nine on his hip I'd probably do what I had to do to get out of there. I'd honestly rather avoid the confrontation in most cases but if someone brings it, I have a pool cue and/or a baseball bat in the truck at all times.

> B) Push his car with your truck

When I was younger and stupid, I had someone slam on his brakes in front of me while doing 55. I guess he was upset I was doing the speed limit and he could not pass in the previous one lane. He was very upset to find I did not bow to his will and stop to avoid his import car and I pushed it down the highway at a steady 55 mph until he sped up and pulled to the side of the road. Then I pulled over. Luckily for both of us, he saw fit to end the conflict and drive away. I do not think he was so liberal with his rear end after that.

Now, I just let the morons go on their way and report them to whatever police station is ahead of them so they get at least a good speeding ticket or write a letter to the traffic officer with the license plate number and all the details. If it is a company vehicle, I write the main office with a registered letter, that gets good results, and sometimes a reply back about firing the driver.

In your situation where he cuts you off, I would suggest PIT manuver, assuming it would be safe to do where you are at, fine out out in the sticks and you won't hurt anyone but him. So I guess the answer is B

I guess if we had to pull over and beat the crap out of every moron on the road we would be pretty busy. I have a pretty big mag lite in case someone does carry it too far. I may grab a can of pepper spray too. If it comes down to it a quick shot of spray in the face and a follow up smack with the mag would probably make them regret getting out of their car.

I personally drive aggersively, while at the same time a little defensevly, when in traffic, I have no problem switching lanes and taking advantage of open spots. but I try never to cut people off when the road is open, this is mainly because almost everyone here drives even more aggersively. if someone gets out I just stay in my truck, once they reach inside the truck than i'll do what I please to that body part. if someone tailgates me then i have an extra use for my brake controller

Oh how I love road rage drivers! I was on my way home from a snowmobile trip in MI, going down the interstate I was passing a guy on the left, noticed a little red BMW riding my trailer (had a 4 place snowmobile trailer in tow). With a trailer, I'm extremely cautious and give myself room to pull back over in front of someone I passed, don't want to whip them with the trailer. As I proceed to change lanes, blinker and all, I notice the little BMW whip over in the right lane. I slowly continued my lane change, ended up forcing the BMW to pass me on the shoulder, almost in the ditch. I knew he wouldn't want to hit me and hurt his "fancy" car. Funny thing was it was an old man with his wife, ended up getting off at the next exit, guessing wife kicked him out of the car.

I'm almost at the point now where if someone cuts me off, I'm like "whatever dude". But I do get ticked off every now and then.

Thumbs down

This is slightly off-topic, but here goes.

A visitor to my home found out early in the morning that his truck, a 1973 Ford, would not start. It was very cold, and he was impatient. He pumped the hell out of the gas, and totally ran the battery down. He came out of the truck cursing everything that breathes, and messed with the carburetor choke. He got about one good turn of the engine with the starter before the battery gave up, and got one good blast of fire back thru the carb.

I was inside (and warm) watching all of this, and laughing.

He is sitting in the truck cursing. Suddenly, he rears back and kicks the crap out of the dashboard! OUT the door he comes, and around to the hood of the truck. Then, he kicks the grille of the truck! Plastic goes everywhere. Then, he throws his air cleaner down and stomps on it. What an ***!

I calmly go outside after he comes inside and informs me that it will never start again.

I calmly hook up my jumper cables from my fine F-150 to his battery. I'm going to let it sit there and charge for a few minutes. He comes back out, starts pumping the damn gas again, and immediately tries to start it again. I have already disconnected his truck from my battery, so he gets about a grunt from the starter. More cursing and door slamming.

At this point, I just want him to go. I put the jumper cables back on. I freed up his choke with some carb cleaner. He is in the house telling nobody that the truck is junk, etc. In 2 minutes, without pumping the damn gas, I have the poor thing running.

He comes out, mumbling something about being sorry, gets in the truck and peals out. Glad he's gone. Doubt that he will come back to my house.
