Even the Duramax guys like the Ford Turbo, but it looks like tuners are not working out for the newest release of the Duramax for now...

And don't forget, you cant sit on the tailgate according to GM because "it is not a weight bearing surface".

Where you sposed to sit and drink beer after a hard day of stretchin' fences or dove huntin'?

Thanks Daryl...that is what I like about FTE....keep things on track. Any other former GM people like me around, would sure like to hear it.

I really miss my GM Dealer we got to be like family, but he understood my situation. This summer I had to pick up a new truck he sold and deliver it back from another dealer, which he probably thought I would really be interested.....I could not see if anything was coming at an intersection from the huge pillar in the windshield. When I got back in the Ford I was smiling all the way home.

Maybe I should have named this forum Maxiums Rant.

You would think a Fortune 500 company could build a vehicle with real daytime running lamps that do not burn out.

Ever notice that? Or is it just myself?

Now when your driving down the Interstate you will notice this pet peeve I just mentioned.

Sorry if I offended anybody especially GM fans. Its all in good fun. My friends have GM trucks and they have there sayins about Ford as well. We all have a good laugh at each other for the sayings we say about trucks. Hey Maximum I noticed about those lamps as well. Just see a new GM truck with one burned out today. At least Ford hasnt stuped that low and put them on there trucks.

No problem, we just got off track a little. I want a data base when someone thinks the new Ford 6.0 is a problem, we can point them here or over to D-Max forums to see what a good deal GM buyers are getting....

I saw a lifted 2500 Dodge with a giant banner at the top of his windshield. It said STROKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!. I've been looking for him ever since I got my 6.0, can't wait to catch him at a light. It ain't gonna be pretty either. Kind of hard to hide a big truck like that after you get whooped real bad.
