Oil Cooler Info
90 f 350 7.3 4x4 auto.Bad oil cooler.Has any done this before?Iv heard the bolts can brake while being taken out?Should I replace whole cooler?Iv got new O rings but heard it could be hair line cracks in cooler?Only the oil is leaking(very bad)no antifreeze?

If the oil is leaking at an oring then I would do orings only, then do the required pressure tests which would tell if any other problems were there. An IH dealer may be able to assist you with tests etc.

Once you get it off and apart it should be obvious if the O-ring is the problem. They are usually hard as a rock and cracked. The cooler itself is pretty stout, I'd be surprised to see one broken.
