testing map sensor
1985 Ford Ranger 2.8V6 4x4 ...The map sensor shows a good ground and a 5v supply but the signal line stays at 5v only and never fluctuates.

testing map sensor
Map sensors on fords are read using "frequency" so if you are trying to use volts to read signal return its not going to work.
