hey did a 302 to 351w swap. wit a roller cam and roller lifters and rokcer arms. the engine heats up fast. i had changed the thermostat to a low temprature and also eliminated the belt driven fan and added an electric fan 3000cfm that kicks on at 170 the vaccum lines are hooked up. but i eliminated the air pump on the engine so im only using a fan belt for a 302 which is smaller. if anyone can help please do cuz im freezin and cant see out my windsheild half the time i drive unless i got the windows open
are the hoses that run to the heater hot? If so maybe you have an air lock or blocked cores in the heater matrix. Either that or the deflector in the air box is dud and is only sending in cold air not hot air?
On my truck the hoses to the matrix are the highest points so an air lock is quite probably.
before the 351w everything worked fine wat is the matrix. and r u talking about the lines to the heater core. also, wen i it to defrost or for air to go down by my feet, no matter where i move the switch to it blows out the a/c vents

All those vent changes are vacuum driven. Sounds like you missed a vacuum hose connection somewhere.
yewa ive herd it could be a vccum line but all mine dont have leaks in them i fixed everyone of them. but i eliminated all rubber hoses coming out of the air pump on the engineand plugged wat was left with silicone. could this be the prblem
"i had changed the thermostat to a low temprature..."
The low temp T-stat is your problem. You won't get much heat out of a Bronco with anything less than the stock 195 T-stat. Go back to that one and you should have heat again. It will _not_ make your engine overheat or anything, 195 is still less than the operating temp of a Bronco.
