That's good advice. I'm going to be taking my FX4 to the dealer tomorrow for a rear window leak so I'll add the rotor issue. I have 17K miles and I do have those groves in the rotors that you spoke of.
Does anyone have a copy of thw whole TSB on this issue so I can take it with me?

Report: My dealer came through for me big-time.
Although my brakes were not symptomatic at all with the exception of some premature scoring, they replaced the front rotors and calipers per the TSB.
I told my service writer (great guy) that there was some rotor scoring and that when trailering a heavy load there was braking vibrations. I told him this becasue I knew they wouldn't hook up a load to it. I also provided a copy of the TSB that was posted earlier in this thread.
My service writer understood that my brakes were basically non-symptomatic but he said, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you."
He did.
New upgraded rotors and capilers.
