First off, I know this isn't the right forum but this is a bit of an emergency, so here goes:
I need a yoke for an 80-86 f-150/bronco with a 9" rear end. I had my truck out and powdered the u-joint and the yoke went with it. Fortunately I don't need the truck for a week or so, but i still need the yoke ASAP. If you have one PM me.
Justin
(This all also involved two broken motor mounts and a broken transmission mount, I'll just leave it at it was an expensive weekend or one little goof up)
Summit Racing sells them ($110+), just enter "yoke ford" in the search box. I think a used one from a junkyard would be the quickest and easist way to get one. I bet you could get one for <$25.
I know what they run new, that's why i put it up here to see if i could get a used one. I called around to the junkyards and they all wanted a removal fee on the yoke seeing as how without an impact it isn't particularily easy to get one off that's been in place 20+ years, and their fee put it over what I had available to spend.
The story will be up once i have access to my own computer, right now I'm on a friend's (and will be until sunday night), and it's a bit long of a story.

I could get one at my local 'you pullit'. Probably need a 2 jaw puller, a big pipe wrench and a 1/2" breaker bar and cheater pipe...
yeah, if you stuck a pipe wrench around the yoke and put a piece of pipe on it to wedge it against the ground it would work. That was the main issue i was seeing, keeping teh rearend from spinning while trying to break the nut loose. No big deal anymore, i'm working it out with monsterbaby, he has one that it looks like i'm going to be buying.
