Redbob, I never personally attacked you, I simply stated my personal opinion so why the angry post? If you want to attack me, please send me a PM, and keep it out of the forums. I would like to know what mede you so angry.

Turbo mufflers won't make much more noise than stock. I put them on my 99 Merc. Grand Marquis (duals) I put a cherry bomb on my 91 Bronco 302. It rumbles a little at idle or very light throttle but once under way sounds pretty much stock. Don't mean to contradict the other posts but Ford claims 20 horsepower increase with dual exhausts on that size engine as long as you use a crossover. It is plenty strong for a snow plow. I use a 7 foot Western on my 91 and used it for ten years on my 86 with a 300 cu. in. 6 cylinder. No strain at all.
