Cooper Discoverer ATRs

OK, after much research, I think I'm getting Cooper ATRs for my 02 F250 V10 2WD. Thought about the Cooper HT but figure the little amount of boondock camping I do (a grass field at college football games) I need some amount of traction off-road. Still not real sure. What kind of noise and traction can I expect on wet and dry pavement with the ATRs? Would the HTs be sufficient for my limited off-road use? I don't want any more noise than necessary. 97% of my driving is a daily driver and trips to Home Depot, etc. I never do any serious off-roading.
