stuck distributor

I am trying to set my timing but cannot move the distributor. It is a 351M with an aluminum intake and a points dist. I have tried spraying it with PB Blaster and letting it sit to penetrate but no luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have the same problem with my 351w. I have left it alone for now, but a pipe wrench or big channel lock pliers have come to mind if and when I need to move it.

You're in for a fight!
I didn't have anything but brake fluid handy the last time I had to do one in a 460. After soaking, I used a chiesel, punch and small hammer to gently work it back & forth.
LOL.
