does anybody know how to remove the starter on a 99 Expedition...looks like a couple of bolts are hard to get to.

I believe it's held on by three bolts. You're right, getting to them is difficult, but somewhat easier if you have lots of socket extensions, swivels, etc.

yeah, I figured it out already....just looked at one at the local parts store...not too bad, two are pretty easy to get to, the one on top will require the swivel. The thing isn't as big as I would have expected though...the one on my LIncoln Mark VII LSC 5.0L was a LOT bigger. That's a good thing for me though, not as hard to lift into place
