Help!!!

I'm trying to find a 7 pin trailer adapter plug/harness that goes on the back of my 1992 f350 dually. FORD has the factory harness for 86$ i am looking for a cheaper aftermarket, but am having VERY bad luck locating one. Seems none of the popular names carry it. the oem harness has 2 plugs on one end the 7pin female plug on the other. It is not the famous T-plug that most places sell, these are 2 separate pigtails that plug into the factory harness.

The only solution I have is to custom solder one in place.

I've never ran into the type connectors you describe, but have always had good luck finding these connectors at NAPA. Give them a try. Glad to hear you are trying to get the right connectors, rather that using your pocket knife and tape like lots of people seem to do... I hate fixing that kind of a mess...
