CMK, sorry for your loss. A colleague of mine was found dead in her kitchen, just keeled over and died, massive cardiac arrest. She was 49 years old, same as me/most of us in the department. No warning.
Life is precious, all we get is one day at a time. It woke a lot of us up. We need to spend more time smelling flowers, petting the dog, talking to the kids, etc. I drove down the very next day to have lunch with my daughter at college, gonna do that more often.
