Unplug the egr and see how it drives.could be that the egr is bad.I leave mine unplugged to prevent build-up in the motor.the fuel that isn't burned the first time through the egr brings it back through, the problum is that there is no oxidation.result,carbon.If it still lags that bad it's not the egr.take it back and have him ride with you and show him the problem.as for the intake i vacumed mine out.I've put about 1000 miles on my truck after cleaning the turbo and using the anti-seize.truck is running great.i also added a boost guage.

Thanks,
I spoke w/ the tech today and he said that he had the truck running for over an hour and drove it only 2 miles. So when I picked it up I think it felt sluggish because it was idling for an hour. I hauled the trailer today and it runs really good and I was able to pull 30 psi of boost. And yes the egr will be unplugged soon.
This is just a friendly reminder (or in some cases it may be a lesson) about Reputation or Rep points. Notice that at the top of each thread…over to the right you see a green box or in some cases multiple green boxes. The more boxes, the higher the poster’s reputation on the FTE. Do a mouseover the green boxs) and it’ll give you that person’s rating.
When you feel that somebody has given good advice or has helped you with a question or issue there is a way to say “Thank You” to them. On the other side of the coin, if you feel somebody has provided bad information or that a post should be removed, you can also use this tool. They are called Rep Points.
Note at the top of the thread, there is a little scale symbol. Click this and you get a window that opens. There are two check blocks available, I approve or I disapprove. Check the appropriate block and make sure you enter a comment.
