Ford 3.0 same as Mazda

Is it true that the Ford 3.0 is the same as the Mazda 3.0? If so is it possible to put A flowmaster or other exhaust system in the Mazda 3.0 if it says its for the Ford 3.0?

Same engine, same truck, the exhaust should work.

Does Flowmaster or some other company sell headers and exhaust for this engine?

shure do but your looking at about 600 bucks for headders. i thnink borla make them.
