Need for more power

I have a 1989 f-150 4x4 5spd 32x11.50x15 ext. cab truck and the fresh I-6 is wounderful but i want more power and pep. any and all ideas are welcome. thanks ahead of time dave!

with the tire size you have, and probably having 3.08 or 3.55 gearing, i think a gear swap is the best bet to restore the kick in the pants.

1. Regear-3.73
2. Cat-back exhaust
3. Swap in 19# injectors rather than the stock 16#/hr. units--also requires an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a fuel pressure guage.
