Mine has hit 28 stock, I hope to get the Predator today (yes I ordered from MotorHaven!) and see what happens to the boost.

That's pretty good, better than average.
I'd expect that you'll typically see 32 to 34 lbs for a max on the highest setting 90% or more of the time.
If you really have your foot in it for a sustained period of time (i.e., more than 5 to 10 seconds) up a hill big enough to put some load on the truck so it will really have a chance to build some boost, then you might see 36 to 38 lbs as an absolute max.
This is just guessing based on the fact that my truck saw roughly an increase of 10 lbs in max boost stock to max boost with the SCMT in high perf mode.
