Just curious

What happens to all the vehicles that are returned under lemon law procedures??

I can't imagine they are scrapped. Are they resold with a cloud on the title, like salvage vehicles?? If so, are they warranteed??

Rick

Based on a few posts here, it looks like they are resold. Depending on what state will depend on what is on the title. Someone posted here that they got a warranty with one sold that was a "buyback". Hey if they fix them, so what. I have an early 03. I could have gone to DSB. The dealer service manager offered to help with the process. I kept it. Once the dealer fixed the issues, it has been a great truck. I am glad I kept it and didn't trade it in on a new set of problems. Better the devil you know than the devil you don't know.

Hey Bubba,

I have a Jan 13, 03'. I have had the intercooler pipe & boots replaced, 2 ICP's, rear diff seal, and a paint defect on my door. Truck runs great now. I had a 05' comparable for a loaner while they were doing the seal. Seems to me that it didn't have as much low end power as my 03 did. But I guess it could have been me. What happened to the radio by the way... No more menu???

Best of Luck,
Corey

Have heard from MANY sources...
including the "tuners" that the 03 strategy engines generate the most power of the bunch
stock that is!
especially if you've not gotten the Oct 03 flash or after

I would like to see some dyno numbers on that. I know Bob has pre Oct 03 flash and showed some good dyno numbers.

I am continuing research....as to where they go!
I really want to know.

My butt dyno says the early 03's are faster.....I know my butt has not been calibrated....but still
Stock for stock the 03 is worth a one to one and half links in side by side racing...always
