I know a guy who does that but from time to time he keeps the homes to rent out to friends and family members.. He makes some really nice coin doing it that way.

I bet. I've sure heard some stories. Another reason I never really considered getting into driving. That and a friend had two heart attacks while driving.....the second time he flipped a brand new T2000. Also his last trip....let him go on medical and revoked his CDL. Its hard on the body, especialy that over the road stuff.
