We measured 7" at 0530 on Wednesday morning at work and probably had another inch or inch and a half after that. Supposed to get 6-12 tonight, the way it's been coming down all evening I think we're gonna be closer to the 12" mark. The snow isn't going to be all that bad, it's the drifting that's gonna hurt. Tonight, after having a few beers and chit chat with several good buds since one of ours was in town from school in Fl this week, I had to make a second run at my driveway to get in, the banks on each side had drifted solid across leaving about a 3' drift at the crest of the hill. The first go I pushed snow till it was over the hood, the second run I made it. Nothign bad to say about teh new 04 F-150 4x4 in this snow so far. I've only a few times actually had to lock it in, till tonight when the drifting began heavily. Should be fun on Thrusday morning.
BTW I took off and I'm not working tonight, other that maybe a brief stop in tomorrow night I probably won''t be around till Christmas morning shift.
yeah, I think it is actually harder on my wife than it is on me, biggest problem for me is coming onto days and having to get up in the morning and go to work.
