Hey, HB tell your guys there at work that the 11:00 o'clock news update just said that the Parks HWY. (at Cantwell) will remained closed till daylight because of an "avalance, 16 inches of snow and areas of freezing rain". DOT said they WILL NOT even begin to clear the avalance till 10 or 11 a.m.!
Right now the Troopers and DOT are too busy rescuing stranded motorists.
Just thought you'd wanna relay that to anyone traveling down to AnchorTown.

na i was on a nother thread, this weather is out right crazy, -5 one day 55 a few later. snow one rain another ,i need a keywest vacation with afish pole no wife. but maybe not alone if you know what i mean

know what you mean there. i,ve been with this one 30 years like to think different at times but heck i've got a really good one here staying with her, only bad part of her is i can't ride when she drives big time lead foot,

Holy cows.....you guys have been busy tonight.......mostly just two of ya and all.
I've been surfin around.........looked in the corner and saw its 0400......
I had no idea I'd been doing nothin for so long.
Changed the tone for the night.......cooking, baking, roasting, and romancing.......
Looks like I'm stuck cookin Christmas dinner too. Ofcourse, theirs only three of us.
Then off to a few more dinners.
I'm gonna run away......just wanted to say hey.....visit the old stomping grounds.
Been up a little too late. Gonna go hit up the cookies, and crash out.
Have a good night.......try not to freeze solid out there.
