Dumb cleaner question
When using parts washer fluid that needs mixed with water settles, is the water on top or bottom? Im asking because I'm arguing with a buddy about being able to drain the water off the bottom to get rid of the gunk and reuse the cleaner on top. He says the cleaner is on the bottom and I'm wasting cleaner and money. I say its on top. Who is correct? Thanks
