You'll need at least the spindles, the proportioning valve, and master cylinder(either manual or power, depending on what you van has) off a 73-79 F150. You can use the whole I-beam and radius rod assembly off the truck since they are the same size. You can also use the spindles of the 75 and up E150, but you'll have to swap sides.
Will this swap work on a 69 E200 with manual brakes as well. I think the later 2nd generation vans had some suspension differences. If this will work I will do this swap asap.
Ok, now what about the lug pattern? I've read that it's a different on than what I have on there now. I'd like to keep 'em all the same for rotation purposes.
