disc brake upgrade

what later model disc brakes will interchange over to my 1966 f100?

73-79. Posting a link to an article by member ddavidv may find helpful. Suggest browse his website, lots of good info. Also, pull down the 'article' menu, seem to recall additional info. or topic. Finally, pull down the 'forum' menu and scroll down to the search button under topic enter 'front disc. brakes' or some thing similar and narrow the search to the 61-66 forum. Members will probly provide additional info, keeping in mind there are variations to the upgrade. Post pic's if and when U can. Again, welcome to FTE, looking forward to your input!!.

If you are looking at a truck that already has the upgrade, is there a way to tell which year/model the discs came from?

i just did that back in April and I used a 76 front axel it bolted right in the only thing I had to modify for it was the brake lines at the diverter valve and the line from the frame to the wheels but it was really simple to do
