Scarebird Brakes. I spoke to them last week to get clarification. Their system lets ya use your drum brake hub.
Their latest bolt-on kit (brackets, bolts, centering rings) is about $180 and specs:
-GM 1/2-ton 2wd calipers & pads (zillions of 'em in the yards. Cheap!). I picked up a pair last weekend off a 99 Suburban.
-95-99 Dodge Ram 1500 rotors
-1982/83 Camaro brake hoses
I'm going with 76-92 4WD F150/Bronco rotors but have to get the hub machined to avoid the centering rings.
Don't forget to add a disc/drum master cylinder to your shopping/ pickin' list.
EDIT: MasterPower Brakes offers a bolt-on kit for like $1,000. .. Yep, uh-huh.

What truck do you have? F100, F250, F350? This will make a lot of difference as to what to do for disc brakes.
