9 inch posi problems
I was leaving work the other night and cut a big smokey doughnut. Since then my posi in the back will not disengage. Everytime I go around a corner I hear tires chirping. Any thoughts on how to remedy this problem? Thanks

The wheel bearings are new but it could be. I'm in Pensacola Fl, so I'm going to wait until Ivan passes through then pull my center chunk and pray I didn't tear something up too bad.

There are several types of "slick" additives that will help prevent sticky clutches. The best I've used was put out by Kendall but it's hard to find anymore. Try your local parts store and see what they have before you tear it apart...most times it works.
