code P0302

I have a 2001 4.6L F150. This morning it was missing bad and the check engine light came on. Code was P0302, I put a new COP and plug in #2. The check engine light is cleared But it still feels a llittle rough around 50mph. Any ideas?

Even though there was only a code for 1 cyilinder that doesn't mean there isn't another with a problem. How many miles on your spark plugs? Fuel filter?
