?Another Clock Spring Problem?
From the reading I've done on the forum it seems like the clock spring causes a lot of problems. Was wondering if it sounds like the suspect in this situation.
Airbag code 12 Low Battery
ABS Code 17 Lost voltage reference
ABS Code 63
This combination seems to point to a common fault. I thought it might be an old or bad battery but I have > 12 volts at the battery.
Do they sound connected? Is there some other testing I can do to narrow it down?

They sound connected but I cant find any connection between the two systems, other then the main power connections. Have you checked all fuses and the battery terminals?
