Hows it going guys, Im making a new dual exhaust set up for our 95 Bronco but im having such a problem finding Exhaust Flanges. Jegs has them but for $8 a pop.......no thx.
And then JcWhitney has them for a good $2 price, there not as fancy as the Jegs ones but they would get the job done, only problem is..they dont have them in 2.5" so that doesnt help.
Try any cust exhaust shop-I save old good ones as well as stock new ones.Depending on bolt pattern width-99 an up 3.8 mustang use 2.5 id flange at connector pipe where it mates to cat.Flanges specific to certain cars can be bought at most parts stores(Napa,Carqueast, etc) Universal flanges have slotted holes to fit varius bolt patterns with center holes at common exhaust pipe sizes-2,2.25,2.50.etc. On my 95 EB I have full lenght Hooker headers,2 cats, 2 Flowmaster bid blockII mufflers with 2.5 pipe, tps exitting behind rear wheels hidden where you have to really look to see them-except on a cold morn.
If only it were that easy LOL, man i have looked everywere....i have even gone to places that sell nothing but exhaust and they just dont carry them...I have gone over to the netherlands and asked and get nothing, they just look at me like what do you need that for.
