Torqueshift tranny Problems??

I guess should mentioned i just replaced both batteries because i heard that voltage could be a problem checked alternator and was ok, then one morning it was real cold and must also mention this truck came out of Texas and i live in Iowa, Truck doesn't like it here and believe i also have some issues with the glow plugs, anyway i turned the key off and on about 4 times and batteries went dead, so i left them unhooked for over 24 hours thinking that would be enough time to reset, didn't work, i guess it's off to another shop hoping they can figure out whats going on, Thanks!
