1969 Bronco - Steering problem

Has anyone had a problem with the steering wheel retaining nut backing out. The nut has back out enough two times to where you can't steer anymore. Has anybody ever seen a lock washer or something to keep this from backing out. Or you think something is stripped. Let me know your thoughts.

I haven't had that problem so far with my '69 Bronco, but you could probably use some blue locktite on the threads and see that helps any.
