e4od overdrive will not work

e4od overdrive will not work
could someone please help? trans. shifts fine all except going into overdrive the overdrive lockout light is on but cant make it go to overdrive . I presure washed motor thats when trouble started .Would app. any suggestions.

Welcome to FTE! You probably got water into an electrical connection. Did you wash down by the trans as well? Unplug and clean/dry the connections to the trans O/D solinoid.
Also, if you scroll down the main list of forums, you will find a forum specifically for trans, differential, axle and transfer case. Better to ask your question there, or in the forum for your specific truck.
