I Converted My 89 (5 bolt hubs) to warn Premiums, No conversion kit needed. It also tells you right on the Warn Website http://www.warn.com/truck/hubs/premium_hubs.shtml in the Application Notes
once you select your vehicle that only the three bolt jobs need the conversion kit.

5 bolt/screw ??

the 3 or 5 bolt/screw for the auto hubs, . . . are these the screws on the auto hub?? just wondering if i need the conversion kit

yes, we are talking about the bolts on the front that you can see.

ok, did the swap, put in mile markers, my theory on this is that if mile marker's products are good enough for the military then they are good enough for me. took me about 45 min, and just for a little FYI if you are only pulling out the hub mechanism you dont have to lift the truck off of the ground or take the wheel off.
